Dear Mr. Overman,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Attila Palkovics. I am a jeweler/sculptor and working on developing a sculptural wax-like modelling material for detailed hand work: something that can be shaped with a heated wax pen, bonds well to itself, holds dimensions, and can also be carved cleanly. I came across references to your WillowProducts Wax Journal and the Air, Ether, Max11, Fuse, Zen, 3Sixty, and Ice formulas.
The Journal does not seem to be available through the old links anymore. I would be very happy to purchase a copy, or make a donation if that is still the preferred way to access it.
My interest is practical and material-focused. I am especially trying to understand wax systems that avoid unnecessary toxic or respirable fillers, since I do fine carving and scanning of the finished models. I am not looking to resell or reproduce your work commercially; I would like to study the recipes and methods to better understand how sculpting waxes can be formulated.
If the Wax Journal is still available, could you please let me know how I may obtain it?
Thank you very much for preserving and sharing this knowledge.
Best regards,
Attila Palkovics
