First post

Well...As if I don't have enough to do, I thought I'd start a blogsite. Well that's not totally true. I thought I'd get my website set-up and that it would be able to easily maintain it with constant updates. It's set-up that way, but even then it's still not as user friendly and speedy enough for the little time I have so I'm hoping this will work instead.

Things going on at www.WillowProducts.com

1) Electric Powder Sieve arrived today. I'll get it up and running by weekend's batches. The goal is to have the smallest particle size of colorants in the final product. It's been a chore trying to keep small white flecks out of the wax AND keep the color consistant. It's taken a HEROIC effort to make this happen manually. I'm praying this will be the answer. It'd better help...besides the expense, it takes up about 12 cubic feet of precious floor space and weighs about 200 pounds.

2) ICE ( tooling wax ) is being tested by some big names in the art/toy/sculpting world. Hopefully they'll like it !

3) KDAWG (Keith Kopinski ) posted his new Spiderman head done in ICE to the clubhouse1 forum. It's the first real art I've seen made from it and it looks great. He's got more to come at clients approval.

4) There's 3 photo galleries added to website this week. Right now the links are a little strange. You have to click the "Click here" file name in the folder directory accessed off homepage.... the good news is a) my webby will get the links cleaned up for me shortly b) they're real galleries with preview and slideshow and c) simple enough for me to maintain.

Until the links get completed:

Well there you have it for now....stay turned for more,
