Sosa is right!!! I just got my order of 3Sixty & Max in yesterday, did the 30 & 70% blend and have to agree that THIS IS INDEED OUR BRAND "C" REPLACEMENT! FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!! I'm taking pics as I go of the bust that I started on yesterday with this new blend. To say I'm excited is an understatement! It works so easy when warm, it's downright silly. Plus, once the main rough had cooled off, adding more to the sculpt wasn't an issue. THE WARM WAX STICKS TO THE COOL!!!! Great job to Gary and Erick for pushing a blend to this point! I'll be posting my in progress results with this stuff sometime this weekend. GOOD SHOW GENTLEMEN!!!! HAA HAAAAAAA!! GOOD SHOW, I SAY!!!!!! *puts on fancy top hat and lights cigar* -Baity
I use mostly old dental tools Polymer Clay tools are fine. If you leave it in the microwave too long it will liquefy. But don't worry it'll set up in 10 minutes or so. I recommend microwaving in 1 minute intervals. All it really has to get is soft. Even if it's past soft and a bit creamy you can scope some out of your container and put it to the side for a minute or two and you'll find it will easily need in the palm of your hand which will give you the same feel of poly clay.
I'm not sure if the name fusion is good enough.... HOLY GRAIL sounds better Here is another update of what I've done with this stuff. Detail work is just as fun with this stuff. Oh yeah, I heard someone mention that you would need a wax pen to work with this stuff earlier. That's not entirely true, a wax pen is a nice added weapon, but with this material, unlike hard wax, even in it's hard state, just buy adding a little bit of heat with your hand you'll find that the surface is still mailable enough to pressure in crease and folds if needed.
