More than halfway home!

After a month in Australia , we covered almost 21,000 miles by "planes, trains, and automobiles"...that'd make a good movie title.

Unfortunately Quantas' shutdown caused us to arrive 10 hours late on a 12 flight and of course we missed our direct flight to Nashville and now have a 8 layover in LA. We leave LA tonight at midnight to Chicago. We'll leave Chicago for Nashville early Saturday morning and then... the drive home.

Only 48 hours door to door!

I will have to say that quantas has done a good job setting is up with food and rooms in spite of all.

I will be in hibernative sleep once I arrive home probably till monday!
