Order form fixed

Our online order form has been repaired .... Just in time for upcoming launch of ZEN.

Please note that we're a bit covered with orders.

We always try to be our standard 2 week leadtime on orders, but right now that is a pretty fair estimate.

Also be advised.... When ZEN does officially launch , all deliveries may slow down as our staff of 2 strives to keep up with demand.
