Update on 3Sixty wax

This weekend's experiments have gone very very well.

Testing with foredom pen set at 3 revealed a wax that would adhere to spoon very well ... until touched to wax , at which point t just easied off the pen with amazing control. Modeling was improved with no sacrifice to the carving and polishing aspects, though it does cool off at bit faster. All I'm trying to do with the modeling is get it to where the rough forming is easy. Then I want this wax to become a tooling wax with great tooling and finishing properties. Man I'm close.

I've got to get transluceny and color under control, because right now it's too dark and too translucent.

We closed our wine and distillery touring down at 1/2 way point. It got up to 103f outside and man is it hot in a distelliry as large as JD. The Jack Daniel tour was nearly 2 hours, but was worth every minute. Beans Creek ended with us buying 1/2 a case. We'll do the other's next month.

Back to work!

More to come....
